Masonry services

Terms & Conditions

Dave The Paver Guy agrees to provide masonry services as described in the project proposal or contract provided to the customer. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment terms will be as specified in the project proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Dave The Paver Guy reserves the right to stop work if payments are not made in a timely manner.

High-quality materials will be used for the masonry work unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to materials must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Dave The Paver Guy offers a 1 year warranty on installation and materials for the masonry services provided. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Every effort will be made to complete the work in a timely manner. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or material shortages may impact the project timeline, and any delays will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

Dave The Paver Guy will not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the masonry work, except in cases of negligence on its part. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of their property during the construction process.

Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other fails to fulfill its obligations. In the event of termination, the customer is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from the masonry work will be resolved through arbitration in Falmouth, MA according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
